Biographical Information
I am in the solo private practice of law in Louisville, Kentucky. My practice is focused in the areas of attorney disciplinary practice, legal and judicial ethics. I also over the years I have had experience in a broad range of civil case and criminal defense legal representation.
Since the mid 1980's, I have represented lawyers before the Kentucky Bar Association, suspended or disbarred lawyers in attorney reinstatement proceedings and applicants seeking admission to the practice of law before the Office of Bar Admissions, and Judges before the Kentucky Judicial Conduct Commission. I also represent attorneys in disqualification Motions, fee disputes with clients or other attorneys. I also provide ethics opinions to lawyers and serve as an expert witness in the areas of legal ethics and judicial ethics.
I received my B.A. and J.D. degrees from the University of Louisville in 1977 and 1980, respectively.
I have an AV rating through Martindale-Hubbell.
